ABSTRACT
Linear IgA dermatosis is an autoimmune, vesiculobullous disease characterized by subepidermal blister and linear deposits of IgA at the basal membrane. Although most cases are idiopathic, there have been documented reports in association with drug exposure, non-steroidal anti-inflammatories and antibiotics, principally vancomycin. We report a new case related to vancomycin with improvement when antibiotic was removed.
