ABSTRACT
Since World War II the first description of the IRA was made, nephrologists devoted little time to the study of this syndrome, since it is of great importance with the advent of the dialysis systems of the so-called chronic renal disease, which not only represented the interest of the survival of the chronic renal patient and also the economic importance of the pharmaceutical and dialysis industry and has been increasing for more than three decades the increase of diabetes mellitus and consequently diabetic nephropathy and ARI only represented 2 to 5% of the income to the nephrology services with a high mortality due to the complications that accompanied it, so it was left to the specialists of the intensive care units who have made multiple classifications both for diagnosis and for their therapeutics and with increasingly sophisticated versions to explain their pathophysiology and without understanding the changes which may be present in the renal structures, which delays an effective and timely treatment for greater survival. This article tries to obtain three objectives cost benefit, cost utility and cost effectiveness with a logical version of the syndrome.
