ABSTRACT
Pancreas cancer is one of malignant neoplasias more aggressive and is the fourth cause of death by cancer in USA. Fortunately, in Mexico it is not much frequent. It is one of neoplasias with greater mortality, since in spite of the best present treatments most of the patients die because of this disease. At present time, the conventional computed tomography and/or helicoidal, endoscopic cholangiography and the endoscopic ultrasound offer the best option to diagnose and know the clinical stage.
