Intrahepatic biliary lesion: Conservative management with external drainage

ABSTRACT
Introduction: The injury of the biliary ducts after a blunt trauma abdominal is little frequent, but is important to have in mind that can cause a greater one morbilidad and to prolong the stay intrahospitalaria of the patient when not itself diagnostica.
Presentation case: Presented a case of blunt abdominal trauma with lesion hepátic and complicated with injury duct biliary intrahepática.
Discussion: The conservative management by means of the drainage percutaneo external is an alternative of processing in patient with injury ducts biliar intrahepatic.
