Lesión biliar intrahepática: manejo conservador mediante drenaje externo

RESUMEN
Introducción: La lesión de la vía biliar después de un trauma abdominal es poco frecuente, pero es importante tener en mente que puede causar una mayor morbilidad y prolongar la estancia intrahospitalaria de los pacientes cuando no se diagnostica.
Caso clínico: Se presenta un caso de trauma abdominal cerrado, con laceración hepática y que se complico con una lesión biliar intrahepática.
Discusión: El manejo conservador mediante el drenaje percutaneo externo es una alternativa de tratamiento en pacientes con lesión biliar intrahepática.
