Behavior of the process of reincorporation to the National Health System in Artemisa, 2013–2016

ABSTRACT
Introduction: Improving the quality of health services has become an urgent social need, based on the notorious importance that public health reaches, as a basic tool, to raise the standard of living of the population. Facing this reality, the implementation of systems of training and evaluation actions in which the competence and performance of the professionals and technicians reincorporated into the National Health System is an important variable.Objective: To expose the behavior of the reincorporation process to the National Health System, at Artemisa province, during the period from September 2013 to May 2016.
Method: A descriptive and transversal research was carried out to detail the behavior of the process of reincorporation of the professionals and technicians who were disengaged from the exercise of their profession, for a period longer than 18 months. It analyzes the stage from September 2013 to May 2016. The information was analyzed through data processing and methods were used at the theoretical level: analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction and documentary analysis, surveys were applied to evaluate the level of satisfaction with the training process.
Findings: Impact, in Artemisa, of the reincorporation process of the professionals and technicians disassociated to the National Health System, was evidenced at the level of satisfaction of employers, tutors, candidates and reincorporated.
Conclusions: The process of reincorporation to the National Health System of professionals and technicians, in the province of Artemisa, behaved satisfactorily, in the period of 2013 - 2016.
