ABSTRACT
Livedoid vasculopathy is a rare, chronic, recurrent and non-inflammatory thrombus-occlusive disease. It presents distinctive clinical and histological characteristics, which differentiate it from true inflammatory vasculitis. In some cases, are associated with abnormalities in coagulation or other diseases, mainly autoimmune. We present a case report, to whom no associated alterations were found, and we made a brief review about literature.
