ABSTRACT
Meningiomas primary ear and temporal bone are rare and often unrecognized and misdiagnosed, resulting in inappropriate clinical management. There are few reports of clinicopathologic studies of meningiomas in this anatomical site. We present a case of 64-year-old male patient, with long evolution otitis media and poor response to medical treatment, he was diagnosed with bone temporal meningioma after presented to the emergency room with seizures event.
