ABSTRACT
Primary lymphoma of the central nervous system T cells is a rare variant of extra nodal non Hodgkin lymphoma that arises in the central nervous system, there are few cases reported in the literature. There has been presented more common in male patients as in the sixth to seventh decade of life and immunocompromised patients. Here we report the case of a female patient of 24 years old inmunocompetent who has only tumor lesion in cerebellum with histopathology report of T-cell lymphoma.
