Linfoma primario del sistema nervioso central de células t en cerebelo

RESUMEN
El linfoma primario del sistema nervioso central de células T es una variante rara del linfoma no Hodgkin extra nodal que surge en el sistema nervioso central. Existen pocos casos reportados en la literatura, se ha observado que se presenta más común en pacientes del sexo masculino, así como en la sexta a séptima década de la vida y en pacientes inmunocomprometidos. En este trabajo reportamos el caso de una paciente del sexo femenino de 24 años de edad inmunocompetente que presenta lesión tumoral única en cerebelo.
