ABSTRACT
Epithelioid sarcoma-like hemangioendothelioma (eslh) is an extremely
rare recently described tumor that affects soft tissue
on lower extremities, mainly young adult men. It is considered
of borderline malignancy with a high rate of recurrence, low
metastasis and commonly confused with epithelioid sarcoma.
The immunohistochemistry is necessary for diagnosis. In this
case report we present an eslh of big size in a 68 years old male
patient with multifocal disease on scalp.
