Linfoma extranodal t/nk tipo nasal variante extranasal. Reporte de un caso y revisión de la literatura

RESUMEN
El linfoma t/nk extranasal es poco frecuente, la presentación
clínica es variable. Cuando afecta la piel aparece como placas
induradas, neoformaciones nodulares o subcutáneas. El diagnóstico
y manejo oportuno son vitales porque se trata de una patología
agresiva. Se describe el caso de un hombre de 69 años con
dermatosis localizada en el abdomen, constituida por tres neoformaciones
cupuliformes, con centro ulcerado y necrosado e
infiltración peritumoral. El diagnóstico de linfoma t/nk se realizó
por histología e inmunomarcación. Se administraron ocho ciclos
de quimioterapia con respuesta clínica completa pero recidiva
con progresión a los cuatro meses, causándole la muerte.
