ABSTRACT
A common problem in higher-education institutions is that
the importance given to the research conducted as thesis
work is not appropriate. Results from thesis do not spread,
so are not used. Since the formation of human resources is
of vital importance for translational research, it is argued that
teacher education is a field in which this research paradigm
can have most impact. It identifies research training needs of
teachers and emphasizes on the remaining task for researchers
who know the translational research.
