ABSTRACT
The appropriate treatment of fractures of the calcaneus continuous being a dilemma to solve, studying for long periods where the
conservative handling has been the ideal one, contrasting to present time where the technological and scientific advance in
imagenology has transformed the surgical handling as the election treatment into some calcaneus’s fractures. We expose basic
general outline for their treatment.
