Fracturas de calcáneo

RESUMEN

El apropiado tratamiento de las fracturas de calcáneo continúa siendo un dilema por resolver, seguido por largos periodos donde el manejo conservador ha resultado el manejo ideal, contrastando con la actualidad donde el avance tecnológico y científico en imagenología ha convertido al manejo quirúrgico como el tratamiento de elección en algunas fracturas de calcáneo. Exponemos lineamientos generales básicos para su tratamiento.
