Methods: A
descriptive cross-sectional study, which took as its population people in a university community in Armenia was conducted -
Quindio: Students, teachers and administrators during 2015; the variables were described on average, standard deviation and
confidence intervals, with a comparative analysis by sex and group.
Results: Significant differences between groups: age in
students was 21.08 years, teachers and administrative 47.25 43.88 (p = 0.0000). The average waist circumference was 78.22
cm in students, teachers and 91.25 cm 87.51 cm in administration (p = 0.0000). And BMI was 23.52, 25.87 and 26.38
respectively. Waist hip ratio of 0.70 students in teaching and administrative 0.88 0.84 (p = 0.0000). The percentage of daily
