ABSTRACT
We report the case of a 55-year-old woman with history of kidney transplant and rejection later, with a 6-month history of ulcer in the left leg. The biopsy reported spindle-cells with pleomorphic hyperchromatic nuclei forming vascular spaces. The diagnosis of Kaposi Sarcoma was based on upon histology and immunohistochemistry. We describe a rare presentation of Kaposi’s sarcoma.
