Hidden penis: report of a case, surgical management and literature review

ABSTRACT
The hidden penis is a uncommon patology characterized as a group of the abnormalities that have common the presence of a penis cannot see, it could congenital or be acquired. We reported the case of a patient of six months of age, which appeared to the three months of life with penis little pretends, severe phimosis, urinary retention partially temporary in the genital skin, later dribbling to the micturition and ammoniacal dermatitis. It was handled surgical successfully, we described the used surgical technique and results we made a revision of literature about the case.
