Enfermedad de Castleman retroperitoneal. Dilema diagnóstico

RESUMEN
En la evaluación de un enfermo el diagnóstico diferencial puede constituir un reto, se presenta el caso de un paciente con masa retroperitoneal que por sus características poco comunes constituyó un dilema. El resultado histopatológico fue de enfermedad de Castleman, se presenta en este caso su abordaje y una revisión de la literatura de dicha lesión en presentación retroperitoneal.
