ABSTRACT
The morbility of the retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy for testicular cancer through transabdominal or thoracoabdominal approach has not been negligible. The intents to improve the surgical technique and to diminish the complications have taken us to the improvement of the surgical approach avoiding to enter to the pleural and peritoneal cavities, without diminishing the exhibition of the retroperitoneal lymphatic chains, vessels and organs.
