Coping styles of primary caregiver of patients of Yucatan crit

ABSTRACT
This study is descriptive in nature and its main objective to know what coping styles of primary caregivers of children with neuromuscular disabilities who are in rehabilitation. Participants were 162 men and women Yucatan, whose patient is rehabilitated at the CRIT Yucatán, which were selected from non-probabilistic and intentional manner. Scale Coping one's life multisituational and multidimentional administered for this purpose. The results indicate that primary caregivers are usually mothers, married, aged 30 years on average, basic education, housewives whose children have acquired disability, and facing life's problems directly and predominantly revalorative form; less predominance of evasive styles. It is concluded that primary caregivers in this study faced the problems of life with style that is considered the most convenient.REFERENCES
