Perioperative anaesthetic management in kidney transplant patients

ABSTRACT

The renal transplantation as a gift of alive human being or as a cadaverous is a priority surgery in our institution because of the number of patients who are waiting for is too high. This constitutes a recognized health practice approved by the Government and the Sanitary Authorities of Cuba, which we make taking into account the norms in force of our Public Health Ministry. With this work we have wanted to showthe etiquette developed by the anaesthetic service in the perioperatory anaesthetic conduction of our patients which we have been applying since ten years ago getting excellent results in the reduction of the anaestheticmorbimortality.
