Conducción anestésico perioperatorio del receptor de trasplante renal

RESUMEN
El trasplante renal tanto de donante vivo como cadavérico,es una cirugía priorizada en
el Instituto de Nefrología "Abelardo Buch López", ya que esta institución tiene un alto
número de pacientes que se encuentran en lista de espera (hasta el mes de
septiembre hay 27 pacientes aptos dentro del Programa Nacional de Trasplante de
Órganos,y 400 pacientes a nivel nacional). Constituye una práctica de salud reconocida
y aprobada por las autoridades sanitarias y gubernamentales de Cuba.Serealiza
cumpliendo con las regulaciones vigentes del Ministerio de Salud Pública. El propósito
de este trabajo es presentar una revisión del tema y el protocolo empleado en el
Servicio de Anestesiología para la conducción anestésica perioperatoria de los
pacientes, quese aplica desde hace 10 años, y con el cual se han obtenido excelentes
resultados en la reducción de la morbimortalidad anestésica.
