ABSTRACT
Brain hemorrhage is by definition within the brain substance, and constitutes one of the most common brain disorder with subarachnoid hemorrhage if represents 20 % of the vascular disease of the brain, with a high mortality rate. Vascular hypertension is often responsible for cerebral bleeding and other etiology including brain tumor, vascular malformations, anticoagulation drug and cerebral amyloid angiopathy. Recent attention has been directed to abnormal intracranial hypertension. In some cases, patients with cerebral hemorrhage with relatively slow development may be operated and the clot be removed surgically.
