ABSTRACT
Introduction: Chronic lymphocytic inflammation with pontine
perivascular enhancement responsive to steroids (CLIPPERS),
belongs to the group of inflammatory disease of the central nervous
system with a predilection for the pontine structures.
Case report: Herein we present a case of a Mexican patient
clinically and radiologically with excellent response to steroids and
inmunomodulatory therapy.
Conclusion: There exist less tan 100 reported cases of CLIPPERS
worldwide. In this paper systematic literature research is also
provided.
