ABSTRACT
Introduction: in the ventilation unipulmonar it is commonly used the tubes endotraqueales biluminales, but in some patients it is impossible to place it in the correct place to collapse the wanted lung and he/she takes as alternative the blocking bronchial ,leastused by their difficult placement needing for it a fibroscopio. Objective: to describe the technique of placement of the blocking bronchial Univent.
Method: after the induction of the general anesthesia the technique of placement of the blocking bronchial Univent low direct vision is applied with a fibroscopio .Se it presents some explanatory images.
Results: The presented images reflect the effectiveness of the device in the anesthesia for thorax surgery that requires the ventilation unipulmonar.
Conclusion: the use of this device facilitated the collapse right unipulmonar for the surgery of these hemitórax. It can be more a resource to keep in mind for the anesthesiologist exploiting it with total trust and security for the ventilation unipulmonar.
