ABSTRACT
The dropped head syndrome is infrequent and it is generally associated to a neuromuscular group of diseases. We report a rare case of a Mexican woman with dropped head syndrome. She was seen at the Neurology Department of the Centro Médico Nacional 20 de Noviembre, ISSSTE. We did not find any cause for the disease, so it was catalogued as primary or idiopathic syndrome.
