ABSTRACT
We report a case of Down syndrome concomitant with inverse acne, which diagnosis was carried out through a clinical and histopathologic study. The histopathology findings and their clinical correlation are described. Furthermore, several features related to the histopathology and the molecular changes of inverse acne from the medical literature, are reviewed as well.
