Acné inversa y síndrome Down: presentación de un caso

RESUMEN
Se presenta un caso de síndrome Down concomitando con acné inversa cuyo diagnóstico fue realizado por estudio clínico e histopatológico. Se describen los hallazgos histopatológicos y su correlación clínica. Se exponen algunos aspectos relacionados con la histopatología y cambios moleculares del acné inversa revisados en la literatura.
