ABSTRACT
Introduction: the extremely important learning process which combines the theoretical framework and the practical solutions that the students must face during true-life situations as professional problems, has been recognized by those who study the medical sciences, promoting and applying the clinical method. During the training process of jurists, these students should be taught legible, competent, connected and adjusted subjects supported on the needs and the motivations required into the universities throughout the training process. A look to the teaching-learning process of Legal Sciences; especially Legal and Criminology sciences reveal that the teaching methods are not adequate to favor a significant learning for the student. In this sense, there is a particularly important relationship concerning theory and practice; which has supported the training process of health care professionals in Cuba, known as the clinical method, from which the didactic of Law as a Legal Clinic is derived. The aim of this article is to back up the importance of applying the clinical method of the medical sciences into the teaching-learning process of ??legal and criminology sciences.REFERENCES
