ABSTRACT
The structural image remains the main basis for the diagnosis of brain tumors. With the development of technology the magnetic resonance imaging improved diagnostic accuracy supported by functional methods such as diffusion, spectroscopy, perfusion and BOLD technique. The possibility of making a differential diagnosis between brain tumors and inflammatory processes, among The brain tumours themselves and to define the degree of malignancy, are the main goals of modern methods of image.
