ABSTRACT
Radiation myelitis is an uncommon complication. Radiation of the spinal cord can cause several syndromes, chronic progressive radiation myelitis is the clinic form most serious. We report a 12-year-old boy developed a chronic progressive myelitis four months after the conclusion of radiation by Hodgkin’s disease, MRI showed spinal cord swelling and gadolinium-enhancement. Histopathology also was compatible with radiation effect.
