ABSTRACT
Glaucoma is an ocular disease characterized by the loss of retinal ganglion cells and their axons. The increase in the intraocular pressure has been synonymous of glaucoma in the past. The next article is a bibliographic review where it shows its definition, classification, diagnosis and treatment. At the end it shows the before and after of glaucoma.
