Wet wraps therapy in atopic dermatitis

ABSTRACT

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic inflammatory dermatosis, characterized by flares and remissions. AD affects 10% of the pediatric population approximately. At present there are multiple treatment options for AD with different results. The wet-wrap therapy, gives us an alternative to the management of moderate to severe AD with excellent results.
