ABSTRACT
The evolution of a patient with pseudoginecomastia treated in the Plastic Surgery of Vladimir Ilich Lenin Hospital in December 2013 was presented. The results of hormonal studies were normal and ultrasound showed predominance of fatty tissue. The patient was psychologically affected because his breast looked like the female one. Surgical treatment was decided to perform. Two surgical techniques were combined, the first one was the periareolar fat aspiration and the second one was to cut the redundant skin around the areola; obtaining a male aesthetic appearance trying to minimize scarring.REFERENCES
