ABSTRACT
Endoscopic approach to the bile duct is complicated in patients previously submitted to a Roux en Y gastric Bypass. The surgery is tailored in such manner, that a transoral endoscopic approach is not possible. We propose a combined laparoscopic and endoscopic alternative for the management of cholangitis and common bile duct stones in patients with this type of gastrenteric bypass.
