ABSTRACT
The syndromic clubfoot, or associated with myelodysplasia, or arthrogryposis, and the inveterated clubfoot have been considered resistant to manipulation for that reason they have been handled with extensive surgical releases. However there are several authors that are using the Ponseti method as the first choice treatment for all types of clubfoot. A review of recent literature on the management of patients with non idiopathic clubfoot is performed.
