ABSTRACT
Devitrified embryo transfer is a treatment choice in cycles of
in vitro fertilization that has to be done during an optimal period of endometrial receptivity. During natural endometrial cycle, endometrium is developed under endogenous hormonal stimulation, monitored by echography and LH is monitored with serial laboratory studies for synchronizing the endometrial growing and devitrified embryo transfer in the period known as implantation window. In literature there are little evidence about this topic; we report a case of thawed embryo transfer in a natural endometrial cycle that is a friendly option for patient, which makes it attractive to women.
