Thromboelastography as a guide for decision making in the perioperative

ABSTRACT
The coagulation status of the patient in the perioperative period is essential to direct appropriate therapeutic management, therefore, in this article we are aimed to show the useful of the thromboelastography, normal parameters, analysis of the results of the different clinical scenarios that may be useful; allowing a quickly and accurately defining actions that optimize the medical management; decrease the morbidity and mortality of the patient.
