ABSTRACT
We almost all have preconceived ideas about marketing, many of them mistaken. What is true is that marketing is fundamental for all kinds of companies or organizations that require effective planning and strategies to function efficiently, in order to meet the needs of their clients/patients. Marketing has become increasingly important to success, and therefore it is important that people involved in healthcare systems (of any type or size) identify it as an important component in conducting
their day-to-day activities at any level. We want radiology to be seen as a service which is provided in a well-planned, organized, managed, and controlled institution, which satisfies the needs and desires of its
consumers.
