ABSTRACT
The Electroretinogram Pattern (pERG) consists of the measurement of the retinal central’s answer from a structured stimulus, generally a damero of constant luminance that mixes in black and white. Besides, it permits the electrophysiology differentiation among maculopathies and neuropathies and makes easy the visual evoked potentials interpretation. We have selected an initial sample of 16 healthy individuals In our research to accomplish the study and obtain the comparison patterns of the registered components in the exam in order to correct clinical values that make possible a diagnosis. The visual- electrophysiology equipment of Roland Consult was used in the laboratory of Cuban Ophthalmology Institute. Before the study, all patients were examined to discard the presence of masked- pathologies, besides it was carried out under the patient’s consent. No differences among sexes were found, N35's and N95's latencies were the most variables, and P50 was stable always.
