ABSTRACT

Achieving esthetic satisfaction in the rehabilitation of anterior teeth is a constant challenge. For that reason, a treatment of a fractured maxillary incisor is presented in this report where the following procedures are carried out: a minimally-invasive surgery using an atraumatic extraction, the installation of an immediate implant post-extraction, gingival contouring in order to preserve the soft tissue and the emergence profile and an installation of fixed rehabilitation with immediate functional loading, optimizing the treatment time and giving the patient the opportunity to recover esthetics, function and comfort.
