ABSTRACT
Myocardial revascularization with bypass grafts is one of the most used today to treat the ischemic heard disease. The obtaining saphenous vein for use as aortocoronary graft methods, has traditionally made with one or multiple incisions in thigh and leg. The technological advances that have experienced cardiac surgery today allow obtaining by endoscopic video assisted technique, showing advantage over the conventional technique in terms of morbidity leg and the quality of life of patients.
