ABSTRACT
Ischemic heart disease is related to lifestyle, especially snuff consumption, unhealthy eating habits, physical inactivity and psychosocial stress. There is general agreement that this disease is caused by multiple factors, some other congenital and acquired, which are harnessed together to damage the wall of the arteries. Therefore both primary, secondary and tertiary prevention of IHD is based on lifestyle change directed towards the elimination or reduction of risk factors and implementing control of cardiac disease to avoid complications and relapses for which presents a compendium of measures on lifestyle and healthy for the overall cardiovascular risk management and control recommendations of possible complications power.
