ABSTRACT
SUMMARY. Tumors of the spine are currently increasing either primary or metastatic. Main clinical problems are pain, instability and neural compression. Early treatment must be intended to avoid vertebral destruction as well as neural compression by stabilizing general vertebral bodies, according to the risk of tumor by itself or surgery in face to the probable overlife of patients.
