ABSTRACT
The upper lip is a cosmetic facial unit often afflicted by
non-melanoma skin tumors. Cupid’s Bow, the central anatomical
structure, is both cosmetically and functionally critical to
the upper lip.
This paper presents a single-procedure repair technique for
Cupid’s bow used in 2 instances of upper lip reconstruction
after Mohs’ micrographic surgery.
