ABSTRACT
We report a case of multiple eruptive dermatofibroma exclusive to the hands observed in a 70-year-old woman. This is a unique presentation, considering the precise etiology of multiple eruptive dermatofibromas is not known. Multiple eruptive dermatofibromas have been reported in various immune conditions as well as case reports suggesting systemic disease associations. This is an interesting case, which occurred in the setting of trauma that was not associated with arthropod exposure or an acute event.
