RESUMEN

Presentamos un caso de dermatofibromas eruptivos múltiples (DFEM) exclusivos de las manos en una mujer de 70 años de edad. Esta es una presentación única, tomando en cuenta que la etiología precisa de DFEM no se conoce. Dermatofibromas múltiples eruptivos se han reportado en varias entidades autoinmunes y en asociación con enfermedades sistémicas. Este es un caso interesante producido en el contexto de un trauma que no está asociado con artrópodos o evento agudo.
