ABSTRACT
Sometimes, we can detect metastasis of malignant melanoma without clear evidence of the primary tumor. One possibility it is for unusual location of the primary tumor, a melanoma development in lymph nodes or regression of the primary tumor. We present a 28-years-old women with a cervical metastatic of malignant melanoma without clear evidence of primary tumor. We discussed the tumor regression phenomenon.
