ABSTRACT
The immune privileged is a multiple mechanisms that prevent the destruction of an individual’s own cells in certain locations, such as the hair follicle. The collapse of this immune privileged can cause cytotoxic diseases, autoimmune diseases as is the case of alopecia areata and primary cicatricial alopecia.
